What is the world is this? (Seen on google maps by the corner of Pennsylvania and 27th).

    I think it’s a union tool, either to protest those breaking a strike, or to protest the use of non-union labor. When I was living in Cleveland, there was an inflatable rat in front of a construction project for a while…

    Well that explains it – I’m guessing the hotel on M street (right behind where the protester is) is/was using non-union labor. It’s just funny that this scene got caught on google maps.
