I've seen the word misspelled in judicial opinions and signs at the clerk of courts in the Manhattan Federal Courthouse for the Southern District of New York. Official Google count: 101 million for "judgment" 30 million for "judgement" Despite spellcheck, people get it wrong 30% of the time!
